Immutacon is a 5-day annual company conference that brings all global teams at Immutable for a closing cycle celebration and opening cycle energiser.
Celebrating internal awards, fostering connection within their remote build streams and hosting collaborators for bespoke workshops.
The theme for this year was mystical alchemy, so we chose to host the event in a blank industrial space and build the space with custom AV, furniture and lighting design.
The conference featured 8 breakout spaces across 3 venues, with a week-long schedule of social events. We organised several dinners, networking drinks and a company scavenger hunt across Sydney’s harbour.
