Working with Oracle, my team produced a bespoke engagement and registration build for their Modern Cloud Day Event. This was a culminating event that combined seven smaller event streams into one multi-track and multi-stream event.
Our build included a custom event website, with a complete brand wrap and specific registration logic that allowed Oracle to track specific attendees and tag them based on the marketing stream they originated from and how they planned their agenda on the day.
We then integrated with Oracle’s CRM to deploy event communications to existing databases, whilst also providing an event marketing campaign to garner net-new leads.
In partnership with the above, we deployed a completely custom event app that allowed attendees to alter their chosen agenda for the day as well as communicate with each other and sponsors.
On the day, we managed all registration, session tracking and sponsorship.
