Working with the agency Inspired Events, I was hired to design and build the event app for their international conference in Vietnam.
Building from the client and event brand guidelines, I designed custom graphics for the app which included: logo splashscreens, branded backgrounds, and app icons.
Using the EventsAir platform, I also worked with the team to ensure all legacy elements pulled into the app matched the design asthetic.

Working on this project, the team were concerned that the international guests may not be familiar with the city. While most of the conference was taking place in the same venue as the accommodation, the itinerary included an authentic Vietnam dinner experience in Hoi An.
They wanted to make sure all attendees were able to easily locate their planned transport to and from the venue and also navigate their way through the city if they chose to travel around themselves.
To solve this problem, I pitched and then successfully integrated an interactive custom map that outlined:
The map was fully integrated into the EventsAir build to allow for a smooth UX experience.
Each Section was hyperlinked with more information and external map links for attendees who preferred to use native map apps. We also provided an off-line version for anyone who did have access to WiFi or roaming data.

- Travel Routes
- Option Walking Route
- Local Attractions
