Project Overview

Commissioned by Thinksmart Marketing, this event formed part of Iron Mountain’s global CEO tour, following previous events in iconic venues including The Shard in London and The Louvre in Paris.

For the Sydney leg, we sourced and secured Bennelong inside the Sydney Opera House, creating a premium environment for an executive-level infosec panel and networking luncheon.

The event was designed to deliver a refined, intimate experience, combining thought leadership with high-end hospitality.


My Role

As Event Producer, I led the delivery of the event from venue sourcing through to on-site execution, ensuring the experience met both the global standard of the tour and the expectations of a high-level executive audience.


What I Delivered

  • Sourced and secured Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House

  • Designed and delivered stage layout, AV production, and spatial flow

  • Managed supplier coordination and venue operations

  • Oversaw branding, styling, and event presentation

  • Collaborated on menu planning and premium guest experience design

  • Managed crew across AV, content, and performance

  • Delivered on-site show running and live event execution


Result

This project demonstrates the ability to deliver high-end, detail-driven events where environment, service, and presentation are critical to success.

Working within an iconic venue required careful coordination of production, hospitality, and brand alignment, ensuring the event met both local expectations and global benchmarks.
