Project Overview
Blackhawk Network (BHN) engaged our team to deliver their annual partner summit for a second consecutive year, with a focus on elevating both the production quality and delegate experience.
The conference brought together partners and stakeholders across a multi-day program, combining content sessions, networking opportunities, and a structured 1:1 meetings program.
A key objective was to transform the existing meeting system into a more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly experience.
My Role
As Lead Producer and Digital Engagement Lead, I oversaw both the event delivery and digital infrastructure, ensuring the conference experience was seamless across physical and digital touchpoints.
I worked closely with the client to identify inefficiencies and implement improved systems that enhanced both operational workflow and attendee experience.

Managed budget, timelines, and full project delivery
Led supplier sourcing and management, including digital platform selection
Designed and delivered a custom event app for 1:1 meeting scheduling
Replaced manual processes with a streamlined digital meeting system

Result
This project demonstrates how digital systems can significantly improve live event experiences, particularly in complex networking environments.
By integrating scheduling into an intuitive event app, the conference shifted from manual coordination to a scalable, user-driven system, allowing attendees to focus on meaningful connections.
