Project Overview

Working remotely with Agentur Events, I supported the delivery of a wide portfolio of conferences and brand events as a digital creator and event environment builder.

The role focused on building the digital infrastructure that supports live events, including event websites, registration systems, and attendee-facing applications.

These systems were designed to improve both operational efficiency for event teams and user experience for attendees.

My Role

As Digital Event Systems Lead, I was responsible for designing and delivering the digital layer across multiple events, ensuring each experience was intuitive, visually aligned, and operationally robust.

Alongside build work, I supported the team through platform training and upskilling, helping improve internal capability and consistency across projects.

What I Delivered

Designed and built event microsites with full brand integration
Developed custom registration logic and user flows
Built and deployed event apps for attendee engagement and navigation
Delivered HTML & CSS customisations within the EventsAir platform
Created eDM campaigns and supporting creative assets
Provided copywriting and content structuring for event communications
Supported on-site registration and guest services for major events
Delivered training and platform guidance to internal team members

Result

This role demonstrates the ability to build and manage the digital infrastructure that underpins modern event delivery, ensuring seamless interaction between attendees, content, and event operations.

Working across multiple projects simultaneously required both technical precision and creative adaptability, balancing system logic with user experience.
