Senior Engagement Producer & Event Technology

Project Overview

National Australia Bank’s annual incentive program celebrates top-performing employees with an international three-day event combining hospitality, social experiences, and recognition activities.

The event program includes a series of curated activities designed to reward high performers while creating opportunities for networking and connection across the organisation.

Working with NAB, our team delivered both the live production environment and digital engagement systems supporting the event, enabling participants to manage their schedules and explore the program throughout the multi-day experience.


My Role

As part of the production team, I focused on the digital engagement infrastructure and attendee journey management supporting the incentive program.

Working closely with NAB and the event production team, we developed a custom-branded event website and attendee-facing mobile application that allowed guests to explore the event program, select activities, and build their personalised agenda across the three-day experience.

In addition to digital engagement systems, my role involved coordinating the operational flow of the event program, ensuring attendees were successfully tracked and accounted for as they moved between multiple activity locations throughout the schedule.

We also deployed several engagement initiatives designed to enhance the guest experience, including personalised room drops and an on-site mobile concierge desk supporting attendee needs during the event.

Impact

The event technology systems implemented for the incentive program allowed attendees to easily navigate the program, manage their activity schedules, and connect with other participants across the organisation.

By linking attendee registration with activity participation, the event team was able to efficiently coordinate guest movement across multiple locations while ensuring accurate tracking of attendees throughout the event.

The digital engagement tools also enhanced the overall guest experience by giving participants greater control over their personalised event schedule and social interactions.
