Digital Event Engagement & Registration Systems

Project Overview

Salesforce World Tour is the flagship annual conference event for Salesforce in Sydney, bringing together customers, partners, developers, and industry leaders for a day of product announcements, keynote presentations, and technical sessions.

As a long-standing technology partner to Salesforce, Jomablue delivered custom event technology solutions supporting the conference as well as a broader series of global roadshows delivered across multiple regions.

For the Sydney World Tour event, the focus was on delivering a seamless attendee experience supported by robust digital infrastructure across registration, session management, exhibition engagement, and post-event reporting.


My Role

Working as part of the Jomablue delivery team, I supported the implementation of the event’s digital registration ecosystem and attendee engagement systems.

This included configuring the event registration platform, supporting the delivery of the event website experience, and implementing session check-in systems to track participation across the conference program.

In addition to attendee management, we implemented several engagement mechanisms across the exhibition environment, including silent headphone session zones, merchandise collection points, and gamified attendee participation tools designed to encourage exploration of sponsor stands and content sessions.

Throughout the event lifecycle, our team worked closely with the Salesforce internal events team to ensure the event technology systems supported both operational delivery and detailed post-event data analysis.

The event technology infrastructure supported thousands of attendees participating in Salesforce World Tour Sydney, enabling efficient registration, streamlined session access, and measurable engagement across the conference environment.

By connecting attendee registration data with exhibition engagement points, the event team was able to capture detailed insights into session attendance, sponsor interactions, and participant behaviour across the event.

These insights supported both real-time operational decisions during the conference and post-event reporting for Salesforce and its partners.
