Digital Marketing Operations & Virtual Event Design

Project Overview

Working with Thinksmart Marketing, I initially joined as a Digital Event Producer, before expanding into broader digital marketing and campaign delivery across multiple B2B clients.

Over two years, I worked across webinars, video series, podcasts, social campaigns, and full GTM programs, supporting both lead generation and pipeline revitalisation strategies.

The role provided hands-on experience across the full marketing funnel — from content creation and campaign design through to automation and performance tracking.


My Role

As Digital Event Producer & Marketing Support, I delivered both event-based engagement programs and integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with account managers and clients.

The role evolved into a hybrid position combining content production, campaign strategy, and marketing operations execution.


What I Delivered

Digital Event & Content Programs

  • Produced webinar series, workshops, and executive sessions across APAC

  • Delivered Dell’s “In Conversation” video series via ON24

  • Supported Boomi’s regional event and engagement schedule

  • Contributed to exhibition activations, including Gartner Symposium and Boomi World Tour

Campaign & Marketing Work

  • Designed and delivered GTM campaigns for Boomi’s API product

  • Developed content strategies and campaign touchpoints

  • Produced a custom microsite and hero animation asset

  • Built automated eDM workflows using behavioural triggers

  • Supported social media campaigns and podcast production


Result

This role marked the transition from event delivery into marketing systems and strategy, building a foundation in how campaigns are designed, automated, and optimised.

Working across both content and operations, the role provided end-to-end exposure to lead generation, nurture flows, and campaign performance.
